Octavio Cardoso has lived in the United States since 1980. He is both Brazilian and
American Citizen. He joined Westchester International after graduation from
Michigan State University as an Account Manager and now is the Vice President.
Octavio works out of the Florida office. His focus is on the operational
structuring and management of the clients' commercial and financial activities.
Octavio is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
