Experience:
Vice President of Citibank N.A.; Held several positions during a 13 year career in the Legal, Corporate and Private Banking sectors, heaving headed a corporate unit covering Latin America, Portugal, and Spain; Legal and Financial Consultant of Embratel
(Telecommunication Company) and the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Brazilian Navy (CASNAV); Esso (Exxon) Brazilian Oil Corporation, Brazil; and Xerox Corporation - Latin American Group, Stamford, Conn.,USA.

Education:
LL.B. from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;
MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International
Management;
Post graduate work in International Commerce at the University of Paris, Sorbonne, France.

Language:
English, Portuguese, French and Spanish.

Membership / Affiliations:
Member of the Interamerican Bar Association, Washington D.C.
The Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Section;
President of the Brazilian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, USA.
